At eflowerwholesale, we strive for complete satisfaction with your home decor and floral supply purchases. If your items arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for damaged or incorrect goods.
- 3.Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate home accents are well-protected to prevent transit damage.
- 4.Refund Processing
After our warehouse inspects the returned inventory, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
