To maintain our competitive wholesale rates, we require a minimum opening order of $250. Subsequent reorders have a minimum requirement of $100.
How are fragile floral items and glass vases shipped?
We use specialized industrial-grade packaging and custom foam inserts to ensure that delicate stems and glassware arrive intact. All shipments are insured against transit damage.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large event planners?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for high-volume orders. If you are ordering more than 20 units of a single SKU, please contact our sales team for a custom quote.
What is your return policy for damaged or defective goods?
Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage to receive a full refund or a replacement shipment.
How long does shipping typically take for domestic orders?
Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your proximity to our distribution center.
Are your artificial flowers UV-resistant for outdoor use?
While many of our silk and 'real-touch' flowers are treated for durability, we recommend checking the specific product description for the 'UV-Resistant' tag if you plan to use them in direct sunlight.
